For over 15 years, Organocide® 3in1 Garden Spray has been a favorite among customers wanting an effective and eco-friendly insecticide/fungicide/miticide. We are pleased to announce that we have recently improved the product’s formulation and would like to answer some of your most recently asked questions:
Why are the products ingredients different?
In this new the formula we have changed the process of how our emulsifier works. It now allows the product to stay mixed for a much longer duration resulting in longer use between agitations.
Why does the Organocide® 3in1 Garden Spray quart only make 10 gallons as opposed to its previous 16 gallons?
A study conducted by The University of Florida shows that our new and improved formula is more effective and achieved longer lasting results at a rate of 3 ounces per gallon compared to the rate of 2 ounces per gallon. Although it can still be applied at a rate of 2 ounces per gallon, you may use your discretion. The new rate resulted in superior surface coverage on the leaf which resulted in longer lasting control over listed insects and diseases.
Is the enhanced formula Bee Safe?
Yes. The improved formula will NOT harm bees or any beneficial insects. It is people, pet and planet friendly!
How do I use the enhanced Organocide® 3in1 Garden Spray?
You may use the new product as you always have in the past.
Concentrate Directions for Use (not recommended for indoor use): SHAKE WELL FIRST. Dilute 3 oz. of Organocide® 3-in-1 Garden Spray per gallon of water in a sprayer that will put out a fine spray and shake well to blend. Spray the plants until the tops and bottoms of leaves are coated and you see run-off. Once blended, shake often while in use to prevent separation. The diluted solution can be stored for up to 30 days.
A single application is normally enough for control. For normal maintenance, spray once per month or as needed to spot treat areas. For severe problems, make two applications 3 days apart. Reapply in 7 days if problem persists.
If spraying on severely stressed or damaged plants, consider using a lower rate such as 2 oz. per gallon to avoid adding additional stress. For best results, spray during the coolest time of the day (early morning or late evening) and allow 3-4 hours for product to dry. Do not apply when temperatures exceed 95°F.
